1. Contractual Scope & Legal Framework

Welcome to Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. and international commercial buyers, including importers, distributors, building contractors, and architectural developers. By accessing our official manufacturing portal, requesting shop drawings, or placing purchase orders for custom aluminum entry doors, pivot doors, armored doors, gates, and outdoor structures, you agree to adhere strictly to these terms.

With over 20 years of direct manufacturing experience in Foshan, China, our operations comply with international quality, safety, and trade standards. Any contractual modifications must be formalized in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd.

2. Custom OEM/ODM Orders & Shop Drawing Approvals

Every architectural project requires exact specifications to guarantee structural integrity, weather performance, and site fitment. Our engineering procedures follow strict protocols:

• Shop Drawing Confirmation: Production runs will commence only after the client approves final CAD shop drawings detailing profile dimensions (such as T65, T85, T93, or D100 Thermal Break series), structural wall thickness, opening orientation, finish swatches, and lock hardware routing.
• Specification Accuracy: The buyer bears sole responsibility for verifying rough opening dimensions, wall thickness, local building code requirements, and wind-load performance thresholds prior to signing shop drawings.
• Customization Variations: Due to continuous engineering improvements and custom extrusion processes, minor technical refinements that enhance product performance may be integrated with prior notification to the client.

3. Commercial Quotations & Payment Protocols

All commercial quotations issued by Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. are calculated based on international commercial terms (INCOTERMS 2020) such as FOB, CIF, or EXW, unless otherwise stipulated in the Proforma Invoice.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via Wire Transfer (T/T), Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C), and international trade settlement channels. Payment wire details will be provided officially on company-letterhead Proforma Invoices.

3.2 Payment Terms

Standard production runs typically require a 30% to 50% deposit upon CAD shop drawing approval, with the remaining balance due prior to factory dispatch and shipment container loading, unless alternative credit terms are pre-approved by our finance department.

4. Lead Times, Production Standards & Quality Control

As a vertically integrated factory operating 30,000 square meters of production space, we execute aluminum profile extrusion, surface pre-treatment, powder coating, CNC engraving, and final door leaf assembly under strict internal quality management systems.

• Sample Orders: Color swatches and architectural profile samples are generally prepared within 1 to 4 working days.
• Standard Production Runs: Standard custom door runs require approximately 20 to 40 calendar days from formal drawing sign-off and deposit receipt.
• Complex Project Schedules: Oversized villa pivot doors, multi-leaf armored entrances, or fully customized OEM projects require 30 to 45 working days depending on hardware integration and custom panel carving.

5. Export Packaging, Shipping & Unboxing Risk Management

All items leave our Foshan facility packed in export-grade reinforced wooden crates, surrounded by protective foam wrapping and edge protectors designed to withstand long-distance ocean transit.

5.1 Delivery & Transit Claims

Estimated transit times provided by logistics partners are subject to port clearance, shipping line scheduling, and customs procedures beyond our direct control. Buyer logistics managers must inspect outer packaging integrity prior to signing ocean bill-of-lading receipts.

5.2 Inspection Upon Receipt Protocol

The recipient must record unboxing photos and video footage within 48 hours of cargo delivery at the destination site. If transit damage or surface scratching is observed attributable to outer packaging failure, contact our project management team immediately with photo and video documentation so we can expedite component replacement or insurance claim processing.

6. Limited Commercial Warranty & Technical Support

Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. warrants that all custom aluminum entry doors, pivot systems, and outdoor structures are free from material defects in 6063-T5 aluminum extrusions and structural welding joints under normal operational conditions.

• Structural Frame Warranty: Aluminum extrusions and structural framing components are covered against warping and corrosion for extended project operational lifespans.
• Finish Durability: Premium powder coating and anodized surface finishes maintain UV stability and color fidelity in accordance with architectural surface standards.
• Hardware & Smart Locks: Integrated mechanical hardware, concealed pivot hinges, and electronic smart locks carry independent manufacturer warranties supported by our technical spare parts supply.
• Technical Guidance: Comprehensive installation manuals, assembly diagrams, and remote online engineering support are provided for local installation teams.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Confidentiality

All engineering drawings, proprietary CAD files, profile cross-sections, website images, trade graphics, and technical documentation produced by Foshan Aludex Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. remain our exclusive intellectual property. Private-label OEM clients receive protected manufacturing rights for custom-designed models specified in their supply agreements.
